Who we are
A young firm with senior experience
K A R S & Co is a professional chartered accountancy firm registered under the aegis of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The firm has been registered with ICAI since inception and is also registered with the Reserve Bank of India. Registration with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, the supreme audit body, is in process.
We are well equipped to deliver solutions to the complex challenges faced by Indian organisations across the public and private sectors. We bring a combination of business, functional and technical knowledge that allows clients to better align their business objectives and strategies with the needs of a competitive market.
The practice is a group of more than twenty young professionals serving assurance services, taxation, corporate financing, internal audit, IFSC and process drafting. Our major partners each carry five or more years of large accounting firm experience serving multinational corporations.

We have built the learning from a decade of risk advisory, internal audit, tax and advisory, programme assurance training and specialist audit support into how we respond to client needs.

We do not go looking for gaps to list. We work through discussions, case studies and practical workshops to find why a process fails, then fix it at that point.
